Industree Communication Hub and TBS Group present the new survey dedicated to the "Smart Working" study and its inclusion in Italian companies: over five thousand professionals involved in the project.
Milan,13th April 2018 - After the 2017 study dedicated to employer branding and recruitment strategies, Industree Communication Hub and TBS Group, an engineering company dedicated to the world of communication, leaded a new specific research on the spread of "Smart Working" in Italy.
The survey involved over 5 thousand Italian professionals of Human Resources Management, Internal Communication and General Management sectors, in order to understand the meaning that companies attribute to the "Smart Working", to its future developments and to drivers of greatest importance for its introduction, as the technologies alignment with new digitalization needs and communication campaigns aimed at conveying the project Reason Why.
Even the fears that can emerge from a type of work in the definition phase are not left out.
From collected data - analyzed by Industree Communication Hub – is possible to deduce a substantial growth of companies that propose this way of working, whose greatest perceived benefits mainly reside in a better balance between private life and work (Work Life Balance) and in a more sustainable approach. Almost 50% of the companies involved have already guaranteed the possibility of operating from homes, but there are companies that highlight possible critical issues, such as the dispersion of time in communications due to distance.
The research, which has returned obtained results to the companies, becomes a step towards the knowledge of a new model of employment, which implies a transition from the culture of presence to that of performance and hopefully an adaptation of their evaluation methods.
