Pointer grows and announces the first capital increase with Baldi Finance

Innovative start-up born from an idea of Industree Communication Hub, an Italian marketing and communication company active for over 25 years in the market, and Guglielmo, a technological partner specialized in the design and development of original hardware and software solutions, Pointer represents the new frontier of interaction marketing. Thanks to the proprietary mobile marketing platform, Pointer offers companies the opportunity to implement effective and personalized communication projects, with profiled, measurable and real-time actions.

Six months after its foundation, Pointer announces its first capital increase with the entry into the shareholding structure of Baldi Finance, a consultancy company specializing in extraordinary operations of Merger & Acquisition, listings on the Stock Exchange, extraordinary and subsidized finance.

Pointer participates in the 22nd edition of Forum Retail 2022, the largest technological networking event for the retail community organized by IKN Italy, which will be held on 25 October 2022 at the MiCo Congress Center in Milan.
