O-One, digital unit of Industree Communication Hub, has supported Bibanca in the realization of a series of online appointments dedicated to sales professionals who want to stay updated on industry changes in a rapidly evolving context. Creativity and social advertising are by O-One.
In an era characterized by strong and sudden changes related to market trends and the unstoppable development of technology, even the most established business models are being challenged. In this scenario, the objective of Bibanca, a bank specialized in consumer credit of the BPER Banca Group, is to provide its network of agents with the most suitable tools both to consolidate their strengths and to create moments of stimulus and reflection useful to improve their skills. It is for this reason that the project "I talk di Bibanca" was born, a first cycle of talks dedicated both to sales professionals who want to stay updated on the changes in the sector and to potential agents interested in working with Bibanca.
The first cycle of three digital meetings, which took place between October and November, focused on important current issues such as trends to be considered for the sales strategy of the next years, the analysis of commercial tops and flops of successful entrepreneurs and finally the central phases of the purchase path and final choice of the consumer.
The cycle "Bibanca's Talks" further confirms the potential of the webinar as a strategic digital tool for companies that want not only to strengthen the dialogue with their customers, but also to create new opportunities for the development of commercial purposes as well as for awareness operations and internal training of their network of employees and collaborators.
O-One - thanks to the consolidated experience in corporate projects and to the knowledge of the most updated digital platforms - has been able to support Bibanca in the development of these meetings, guiding it in the construction of the whole project. It has dealt with the setting and opening of the channel through a specific platform, the creation of online events and their live streaming.
In parallel, the agency has dealt with the creativity and technical production of the meetings and their direction. It managed the creation and development of the landing page and prepared an agile path for the registration of interested users to the talks.
To support the meetings in order to promote the participation and to reach potential new agents, O-One planned the social adv activity for the LinkedIn channel of the Bank as well as the production of the graphics of the events and the presentations of the involved speakers.
