O-One coordinates the launch of the innovative “CRIBIS.com X” platform
The digital unit of Industree Communication Hub took care of the launch of the new CRIBIS’s management platform: CRIBIS.com X. CRIBIS is the business services division of the CRIF Group, a global company specialising in the development and management of credit bureau services. The launch has been supported by a digital communication strategy through a curated media planning and dedicated advertising campaign.
Credit management is one of the main drivers for the success of a company and CRIBIS.com X allows you to translate business and credit management strategies into operational tools apt at evaluating new customers, monitor and manage customer portfolios and optimize the decision making process with the commercial network. The result is a DSO, expired credit and losses reduction.
Thanks to O-One digital experience CRIBIS introduced CRIBIS.com X to costumers using an original and unconventional style for the sector.
A new form of communication on the brand’s social networks that, through an initial ironic question, illustrate eight different features of the latest product.
The launch also included offline events, the production of graphic formats for the LinkedIn and Facebook channels and the creation of personalized branded notebooks for the sales force.
The advertising campaign has been delivered via an exclusive online distribution and media planning on a mix of social ADV campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook, online video, ADV displays and retargeting, in a programmatic purchase from July to October 2018.
The dual target has been to promote the awarness of the new product and to maximize the redemption of contacts and leads on new potential users interested in learing about the new product’s features, inviting them to test the platform and receive free reports and demos.
