NEXT TV: the internal communication channel dedicated to Autostrade per l'Italia employees
The new TV circuit, designed for the 7000 employees all over Italy, has been developed by Industree Change to bring geographical distances closer and to create a common channel where to tell about the Transformation Plan of the freeway concessionaire.
The NEXT TV channel, the digital signage project dedicated to the 7000 employees of Autostrade per l'Italia and curated by the Industree Communication Hub division specialized in change management and organizational communication, is about to start broadcasting.
More than 400 monitors will host the schedule of the internal NEXT TV, some of them have already been installed in the main transit points of the different Autostrade per l'Italia offices, in Florence, Rome and in some Direzioni di Tronco. The installation will be completed in the coming months and extended to all Section Departments, toll stations and maintenance posts, to offer all Autostrade per l'Italia employees a window on the Company's main activities: news from the territory, corporate welfare, corporate projects, digital transformation and innovation, safety. A weekly schedule will give space to a wide range of contents and useful news to work better and to be always informed.
A participatory project starting with the name, NEXT, which shows how the channel will enhance Autostrade per l'Italia's Transformation Plan with an eye to the future and to change, with testimonials, interviews and contributions from employees, thanks to an editorial team made up of representatives of the various corporate functions and territories.
The channel will be managed by Autostrade per l'Italia's Internal Communication structure, in coordination with the HR Department and with the operative support of Industree Change, which will follow all the phases of content selection, editing and "broadcasting" of the channel.
In addition to the presence of the monitors in the offices, it is foreseen the possibility to use the NEXT schedule also from the company intranet, to keep active a continuous communication channel that will be a stimulus to generate other ideas and news and to facilitate the circulation of projects, awards and good business practices.
