Launch of the Zodio community: the digital project bears the signature of O-One
Zodio, a brand of Adeo Group, French leader in the international market of DIY and do-it-yourself, launched the "beta" version of the new community dedicated to people "who want to improve their living environment." User Experience, the User Interface and digital design Development are signed by O-One (www.o-one.net), digital unit of Industree Communication Hub.
The collaboration between Zodio, a brand of French group Adeo, dedicated to the art of hospitality, the creative living and crafting, and O-One, the agency that oversaw the digital development of the brand since its entry into the Italian market.
O-One has accompanied the opening in Milan of Zodio with an editorial strategy and digital PR, which ensured a complete coverage of the event on digital channels and the launch of the brand on social networks. He also built the website www.zodio.it, making available online purchases of the courses from the first day of publication on the portal.
The new phase of the company's digital communication strategy, aimed at building customer loyalty, coincides with the launch of the community of Zodio (now the "beta" one), which is proposed as a reference point for people "who want to improve their living environment."
It is a space, which is accessed from www.zodio.it site, where users can share photos and videos of their original plans and recipes, create tutorials, organizing meetings between lovers in the store, comment and follow other users, participate in surveys and register for courses.
Through the community can take part in the activities of gamification and earn loyalty points and badges: with its Zodio card rewards customer loyalty with discounts, benefits and exclusive offers.
