Industry Change supports Sisal for the new corporate TV
Sisal TV is on its way, the new corporate branded TV managed by Industree Change, the Industree Communication Hub unit specialized in consultancy and communication projects for HR and Employer Branding. Following the competition, the leading company in gaming sector assigned to the agency the editorial planning, content creation and platform management. Two are the schedules created every week for the new Headquarters in via Ugo Bassi 6 in Milan, a building that develops over 13 floors and which looks to the future by putting people and their well-being at the center of every decision, just like new Sisal TV, which presents itself as a new starting point for building a truly shared corporate culture.
Corporate TV brings to company innovation, a desire of involvement and a sense of belonging, becoming a real direct channel of communication with its people. An ecumenical tool capable of communicating with a universal language that integrates the various corporate souls. From these premises Sisal TV was born, the new TV of the leading company in the gaming sector.
Following the competition, the editorial planning, content creation and management of content on the platform were assigned to Industree Change, the Industree Communication Hub unit specializing in consultancy and communication projects for HR and Employer Branding, which boasts more than a decade of experience in the development and management of corporate TVs, supporting leading companies such as Autostrade per l'Italia to disseminate its corporate culture, strategies, results achieved and initiatives dedicated to employees of the corporate.
The launch of Sisal TV took place on the occasion of inauguration of the new Milan headquarters: over 9,000 square meters spread over 13 floors, designed on the basis of innovation, responsibility and the centrality of people. A project that looks to the future by placing people and their well-being at the center of every decision, just like the new corporate TV, which presents itself as a new starting point for building a truly shared corporate culture. A direct channel with its employees, but also with external stakeholders, capable of informing and entertaining. There will be two different schedules created each week, broadcasted to different communication targets, in the form of news, interviews, video clips and case histories. The contents broadcast on monitors located on 13 floors will be aimed at informing people and making them protagonists of Sisal world, while the leadwall on the reception wall will host corporate content, to present the company's commitment and activities in the field of innovation, CSR and sustainability.
In close collaboration with internal communication team of Sisal, Industree Change takes care of drafting the masterplan, weekly editorial plans, production of textual contents, images and videos, design of sections and graphic formats, as well as uploading contents in the management platform, with the aim of strengthening the sense of belonging to company in collaborators, in a logic of shared culture.
