Industree Communication Hub develops Iconsulting’s social employer branding project
Iconsulting entrusts Industree Communication Hub with creating and managing a campaign aimed at attracting young talents toward the world of Big Data.
Milan, 4th September 2017 - Iconsulting, a consulting firm operating in the fields of Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Performance Management and Data Analytics, wants to expand its team by recruiting young talents. For this purpose, it turned to Industree Communication Hub in order to develop an employer branding campaign to communicate its essence to millennials.
Industree Communication Hub has then devised a comprehensive project, starting from the definition of a strategic approach. Data, People, Challenges are Iconsulting’s distinctive themes, which underscore the importance of the person as such. Thus, Industree Communciation Hub has defined the tone of voice to identify the employer value proposition of the Comapany.
On this basis, the communication Agency has also developed an ADV campaign on the social networks. O-One, the digital unit of Industree Communication Hub, has designed a training program for Iconsulting’s team dealing with subjects such as: target identification, use of contents, employer branding strategies on the social networks, creation of organic and paid posts. The Facebook and Linkedin campaigns started in July 2017 and O-One operatively backed the Company by managing the media plan and the creation of contents on the Brand’s channels.
