Industree Communication Hub and TBS Group carried out the first research about companies’ employer branding and recruitment strategies
TBS Group and Industree Communication Hub conducted a study about employer branding and recruitment strategies and best practices. 4,000 professionals from 3 different countries have been involved in order to investigate companies’ trends and behaviours concerning these subjects.
Milan, 30th May 2017 – Industree Communication Hub, in collaboration with TBS Group, an engineering company specialised in the field of communication, launches its first inquiry devoted to employer branding.
The survey has been conducted in Italy, France and Belgium. Its major purpose is to map the main instruments and channels through which firms develop their employer branding strategies, along with the key themes upon which they base their employer value proposition.
Strategies, employer value proposition, recruitment and corporate communication are the four categories analysed in the survey. The latter scrutinises the companies’ behaviours with reference to this marketing activity, which has proved its investment potential in the last years, in terms of both human resources and communication.
Which are the most attractive elements for young talents? Which are the most used communication channels? Answering these and similar questions represents an important asset for companies in order to build their employer branding strategy. Industree Communication Hub has worked out and freely disseminated the results of this study among professionals in the field of HR, internal communication and employer branding who took part to the survey.
