The future of digital marketing passes through artificial intelligence: Industree Communication Hub and Guglielmo found the new company Pointer, an innovative start-up that, thanks to the use of its proprietary mobile marketing platform, offers Brands the opportunity to create effective and personalized communication campaigns, built on the basis of customers' buying habits and intentions.
Industree Communication Hub, an Italian marketing and communication company active for over 25 years in the market, and Guglielmo, since 2004 leader in the telecommunication sector and in the design and development of original hardware and software solutions, found the new company Pointer.
Innovative start-up based in the Milan offices of Industree Group, Pointer uses a proprietary mobile marketing platform that allows Brands to create personalized and effective communication campaigns thanks to the use of artificial intelligence - which collects data on users' behaviors and preferences to activate profiled, measurable and real-time actions.
The objective of the platform is to give greater value to corporate data, exponentially expand and qualify databases, increase the effectiveness of loyalty programs, bring customers to the point of sale and at the same time make them live more engaging and relevant shopping experiences. In fact, the platform provides the opportunity to quickly offer just what the user is looking for at that moment, putting their needs at the center through a phygital shopping experience: physical and digital.
