The communication group led by CEO Luca Franzoso ended 2017 with an aggregate turnover of 5.4 million euro, + 25% compared to 2016. In the last two years Industree Communication Hub with its digital unit O-One registered 40% growth.
Milan, 1st February 2018 - In
2017 Industree Communication Hub reached 5.4 million aggregate turnover,
recording an increase of 25% on the previous year and an Ebitda of 12%, thanks
to the focus on integration of skills and digital transformation.
During the year, the agency acquired 15 new customers, including leading
companies such as SNAM, Sardaleasing (BPER Group), Prometeon (Pirelli Group),
Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche and Dulevo International.
The objectives for 2018 are highly challenging: "Our company in 2017 is 25
years old, but the pace of growth in the last two are those of a start-up: in
the two-year period 2016-2017 we have scored a + 40% and the our goal for 2018
is to exceed 6 million euros in turnover. How? Continuing to focus on
innovation and people "- explains Luca Franzoso, CEO of Industree
Communication Hub.
He continues: "During the year we have invested heavily on our work team,
because we believe a lot in skills and knowledge. Only in January 2018 we
delivered 250 hours of training and, together with our digital unit, O-One, we
launched the Digital Experience Academy, which facilitates the innovation
processes of companies using digital communication as a strategic lever. "
The reinforcement of the team continues in 2018, with the recruitment of new talents:
research is ongoing for seo specialists, copywriters, project managers, junior
art, media relations specialists and digital art directors for the Milan and
Reggio Emilia offices. .
"Our company deals with integrated communication, starting from strategic
planning to get to innovative activities on digital channels" - adds
Franzoso. "Moreover, thanks to the specialized area dedicated to internal
branding and our transversal skills, we work on the change management
challenges of large corporations."
And he concludes: "2018 will be a year that from an organizational point
of view will totally change the company parameters: we are planning
aggregations and openings of new offices with the aim of becoming an
exponentially growing organization".
