Arca Vita: insurance education storytelling in a new video series. #DicheRamoSei bears the signature of Industree Communication Hub
Industree Communication Hub has created for Arca Vita, a Unipol Group company specializing in bank assurance, the development of a new video series aimed at insurance education, dedicated to both the sales network and the customer.
The new project that was developed by Industree Communication Hub, dedicated to insurance education, includes a new series of videos called #DicheRamoSei. In fact, the agency was responsible for the complete realization of the series, from the visual to the script and motion graphics.
The #DicheRamoSei series aims to identify the benefits encompassed in the Company's life insurance policies and guide customers to discover the insurance tools. In particular, the expression "Di che ramo sei?" is intended to invite stakeholders to discover which insurance solution best suits their needs. In parallel, the concept of "ramo" does not only refer to the type of insurance product, but is also linked to the genealogical aspect of family relationships since these types of contracts are also often taken out to protect the most important people.
One of the main goals for the agency was to make complex topics related to insurance easily understandable through the use of simple expressions accessible even to non-experts in the field. For this reason, it was decided to use a visual language that would clearly develop the topics covered through metaphors and personification processes with the protagonists of the videos representing the target audience to which the insurance service is addressed.
In fact, the videos cover different and specific topics such as the insurance options of multi-branch policies - both optional insurance coverage and take profit - the tax and insurance benefits of Life policies, new asset classes, etc.
The videos can be accessed both on Arca Vita's Extranet (for the sales network) and on the company's LinkedIn page (for the client).
