Industree Change has been awarded the task of creating the identity and supporting the communication and engagement activities of the employees for the Education & Advocacy Project of Purina Italia, world leader in the petcare sector with a complete range of food products for the correct nutrition and care of pets. Subject of the assignment are identity, communication and employee engagement activities.
A journey begins for Purina's corporate population, a journey in which the person is at the center. EMPAWER, the new Education and Advocacy path of Purina Italia, is a place where knowledge meets the desire to grow and the pride of being Purina: a complete program that accompanies employees, stage by stage, to discover the Purina’s world, pets and animal nutrition, to strengthen the awareness that quality work is work that deserves to be told.
A real path to Advocacy to make everyone consciously informed and an authentic spokesperson for Purina's science, quality, innovation and daily commitment to improve the health and well-being of pets.
The first step was to define the naming and logo of the program: "EMPAWER. LEARN TO IMPACT" presents a visual reference to the footprint as a chance for employees to leave their mark and a naming that evokes paw to emphasize empowerment, the enhancement of knowledge and skills, among the project's goals.
EMPAWER was inaugurated with a DEM and posting activity on Workplace, which is not just a learning project but so much more: it includes initiatives, social challenges, moments of engagement and in-depth analysis with Purina's veterinary experts and training and coaching at points of sale.
A universe of opportunities designed to provide Purina employees with the necessary tools to become the first Ambassadors of the company's commitments and to leave their mark as the voice of Purina in the world.
Industree Communication Hub supported the company in all communication and engagement activities with specially designed tools and activities, such as the engaging program launch video.
The learning activity is developed through the virtual platform Articulate that allows to organize and enhance the existing material, such as images, multimedia content including videos, audio recordings, links and pdf attachments, and to manage interactive activities.
The agency supported Purina in the content editing activities of the learning modules, in the customization of the platform with the coordinated campaign image, in the study of the user experience with clients, in the realization of quizzes, gaming and other engaging activities for the company population.
