Your Voice, Our Future: the UniCredit survey that gives employees a voice

Industree was responsible for the communication campaign dedicated to the UniCredit staff survey, inviting employees to communicate their needs in a manner that would allow the company to implement real improvements.

Starting by investigating the company climate and identifying employee needs, UniCredit carried out a company survey asking staff to fill out a quick but comprehensive questionnaire. 

The purpose of the project was to maximise staff involvement in order to boost the payoff of the survey and convey the company’s attention and closeness to its employees.

Communication materials included posters, canteen tablecloths and a corporate video featuring leading figures in the company.
