Milan, 19th September 2017 - Internal Branding Lab is the blog devoted to the world of internal communication, originating from the cooperation between the internal branding and corporate communication units of Industree Communication Hub and its long-lasting experience with the most important Italian and international firms.
Internal Branding Lab is the platform in which leading actors such as Barilla, Pirelli and AXA convey their experience in this sector. Its goal is to depict the state-of-the-art internal branding by interviewing HR managers and examining the relevant corporate strategies and best practices from an internal perspective.
Managers’ voices are coupled with studies, researches and surveys carried out by Industree Communication Hub and its partners, dealing with all the most advanced dimensions of internal communication: Smart and Agile Working, Employer Branding, CSR, Welfare, Performance Management, Career Development, Definition and Development of the Corporate Purpose.
